This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased from SAMVERDHANAM SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED may be returned, replaced, or refunded.

1. Return Eligibility

2. Non-Returnable Products

Returns are not accepted for products damaged after delivery due to misuse, products without original packaging, digital products, software licenses, or items marked as non-returnable.

3. Return Process

To request a return, contact our support team with your order details and provide photographs or videos showing the issue. Approved returns must be sent back in their original condition along with all accessories and packaging.

4. Inspection & Approval

Returned products are inspected upon receipt. Approved requests will qualify for a refund or replacement, while rejected returns may be returned to the customer.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are generally processed within 3–5 business days. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on banks or payment providers.

6. Replacements

Eligible products may be replaced based on stock availability. Replacement requests are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Approved cancellations are generally refunded within 5–7 business days.

8. Warranty Support

9. Return Shipping

Return shipping charges may be covered by SAMVERDHANAM SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED when the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. In other approved cases, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
